Our Background

Jehovah Jirah Orphanage Centre(JJOC) is a non-profit organization that is situated at 1186 Block GG, Soshanguve, 0152, Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA.
JJOC was established in June 2003 in the response to the increasing number of the children affected by HIV/AIDS (orphans). We started by home
care/home visit to seven (7) children three times a week and giving them whatever was available, and sometimes the coordinator taking them
home with her. Now we have 35 children whom we love deeply.

The impact of parents-deaths in our township has a social, economic, political, ethical, legal, personal, cultural and health implications.
We at JJOC are committed to taking care of these children, loving and supporting them without consideration of religion, culture, greed,
gender, colour or social standing. JJOC is working the framework of agreed government principles and priorities outlined in the strategic
plan.We are always consulting with the government and we also go through their adoption process before admitting the children.
